If no supervisor is found for doctoral or post-doctoral studies, the student receives a full refund of the registration fees he paid, however, only on the condition that he forwarded to Gaia College all the information that was necessary in order for a supervisor to be found. If the student has not submitted the minimum information necessary to find a supervisor - a resume in English, a research topic, a photocopy of a master's degree or a photocopy of a doctor's certificate, it is not possible to find a supervisor for him and therefore no refund of registration fees will be received.
