2. Diploma Grading Supplement. In case there is no grading scale attached to the diploma, candidates have to present an official document with the grading system description.

3. Application form - for the procedure of diploma verification.

4. CV.

5. Copy of passport.

6. Document proving a change in the applicant names, if applicable

7. Original of power of attorney.

8. Six passport photos (dimensions: 4.5/3.5 cm).

9. The fee for diploma recognition.

 

Documents specified in points 1, 2 must be:

• Notary certified copies.
