I hereby request to register for my studies abroad. I am aware that if a supervisor is not found for me, I will receive a full refund of the registration fee. I am aware that if I do not submit a research topic, a passport photocopy, and a resume in English to Gaia, the registration fee of 2500 NIS paid to Gaia College will not be refunded to me even if a university abroad that has a potential supervisor for my field of research is not found.

I hereby confirm acceptance of the attached study agreement and I confirm that, unless I submit any objections to this agreement, this agreement will be acceptable to me.
